If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange with a Return Authorization Number you can obtain by contacting us as noted below.
Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Restocking Fees may occur. Items must be in original sellable condition. We do not accept returns on our handmade seasonal items after the season ends. For instance: Christmas Product after Christmas.
Refunds for items returned more than 10 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable nor are any fees charged to process initial payment.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Please note our items are HANDMADE to order and are not sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. :)
