Shipping Policy

We Ship via USPS & UPS

For Large orders we prefer UPS & will notify you

if we cannot ship via United States Postal and there are changes

in freight costs that may require your approval.

we are still trying to learn how to program shipping on the Website Software

and may make some errors.  If Freight Charges are over the normal cost of

shipping and handling we will refund the difference.

Return & Exchange Policy

Many of our Items are handcrafted in the United States

& Custom Made to Order.

As a result, our Return Policy is a bit different than a Large Commercial Company who may offer free shipping and returns.

Returns are accepted with an Authorization# just like the "Big Guys"

Returns must be completed within 10 days of receipt

To obtain an Auth# prior to shipping a return call us.

Inbound & Outbound Postage/Freight is at Buyer's Cost.

We will happily refund the cost of products as long

as they are in Good Saleable Condition.

Damaged upon Receipt? 

Notify UPS / USPS Directly as each package is insured.
